Terms & Conditions of use

In the near future order, payment and delivery of routers will be carried out via Amazon web-store according to their rules and terms.

The following refers to:

  1. Order, payment and delivery of digital products - connection packs to VPN service IncogniTime.
  2. Order, payment and delivery of routers since the moment of sales start in our web-store.
  3. Terms of warranty, terms of use of VPN services, direct marketing, personal data.

 

  • You can purchase IncogniTeam products on our website by signing up with a customer account or without a customer account.
  • Prices of products sold in the web store IncogniTeam are indicated alongside relevant products. The delivery fee will be added to the price. Information about the IncogniTeam products is provided on the website https://www.incogniteam.com.
  • For purchasing please select suitable products and press the “Add to cart” button on the website.Then enter the data about the purchaser and delivery. After this please confirm the order conditions and pay for the products by credit card, payment systems (PayPal, Skrill etc.) or an invoice. Receipt of an order will be confirmed electronically in the relevant e-mail with attached conditions of the agreement.
  • Purchase price is subject to payment in full extent after the receipt of order confirmation and invoice. The agreement will take force from the receipt of the due sum specified on the order confirmation to the settlement account of IncogniTeam.
  • Products are generally delivered in 10 days, but in any case within 45 calendar days from the receipt of the payment of purchase price. Delivery time depends on the country and the courier company (delivery method) you have chosen. You can see the list of carriers and delivery time on the IncogniTeam website during purchase.
  • If ordered products cannot be delivered due to running out of stock, IncogniTeam will inform you of this fact and return the paid sum (incl. delivery costs) immediately, no later than 14 days from the receipt of notice. This term does not apply to pre-ordered products described on page https://www.incogniteam.com/en/pre-order.html.


Right of withdrawal

  • You are entitled to withdraw from the agreement concluded in the web store IncogniTeam within 14 days of the receipt of products.
  • Withdrawal from the agreement is only possible by returning the products based on the relevant application. If you submit a withdrawal application via e-mail, IncogniTeam will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of the application. Registered customers may also submit withdrawal applications in their Customer account on the website in the section Order history / Details / Product return. Please return the products to the following address: Rotermanni 8, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia.
  • In order to retain the right of withdrawal, please open the product package carefully without damaging it. You may only try and study products in the same way as allowed in a regular store. You are not entitled to withdraw from the agreement, if you have used a product in any other way than deemed necessary for becoming convinced in the nature, properties and functioning of the product.
  • IncogniTeam will return the money in 14 days from the receipt of the returned products by IncogniTeam. Please remember that you have to pay yourself all costs related to withdrawal (e.g. postal charges).
  • You may withdraw from the agreement for use of the IncogniTime services within 14 days after the commencement of the paid period. If you do not withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, IncogniTeam is not obliged to reimburse any amount you have paid.


Warranty terms

  • IncogniTeam will remain liable for nonconformity of a product to the agreed technical characteristics, as well as for incompleteness of the equipment or functionality loss for two years from the delivery of the product to you. You are entitled to submit a claim to IncogniTeam, if a product purchased from the web store hasa shortage, defect or lack of conformity that existed already at the moment of delivery of the product.
  • You have to inform IncogniTeam of any lack of conformity, defect or functionality loss no later than in two months after becoming aware of it. IncogniTeam will reply to your claim within 15 days via e-mail.
  • If a product purchased from the IncogniTeam web store is defective, IncogniTeam will repair or replace the product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, IncogniTeam will refund the purchase sum and postal charges.
  • Warranty liability is not applicable to the products that have been opened, modified or repaired by third-party organizations, show signs of mechanical damage or moisture traces, or to products with damaged or missing serial numbers.


Using VPN services

  • Providing opportunity to connect to third-party VPN-services, IncogniTeam does not take responsibility for the quality of their work and service features.
  • IncogniTeam routers are only fully functional if you have connected to the VPN service. The cost of the VPN service is not included in the cost of the router. In the event you do not purchase the VPN service IncognIt routers will function as a regular router but you will not be able to connect to the Internet anonymously.
  • IncogniTeam total liability for all claims made about the IncogniTime service in any month will be no more than what you paid for the IncogniTime service the month before.
  • IncogniTeam provides the functions of the IncogniTime VPN service as is. That means that IncogniTeam does not provide warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited towarranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • You assume full responsibility for any loss that results from your use of the IncogniTime or other VPN services. IncogniTeam won’t be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages under any circumstances, even if they’re based on negligence or IncogniTeam have been advised of the possibility of those damages.
  • The router manufacturer IncognIt, its software developers and the owners of the used VPN services are not liable for the activity of the users on the Internet.
    The user is liable for any activity and its consequences, according to the local laws of their actual location and the location of the VPN servers used.


Direct marketing

  • IncogniTeam may send advertisements and notices to your e-mail address only, if you have given relevant consent via IncogniTeam website.
  • You can stop the flow of offers and newsletters to your e-mail at any time by sending the relevant e-mail to IncogniTeam or in your Customer account on the website, in the section My Personal Information.


Direct marketing

  • IncogniTeam may send advertisements and notices to your e-mail address only, if you have given relevant consent via IncogniTeam website.
  • You can stop the flow of offers and newsletters to your e-mail at any time by sending the relevant e-mail to IncogniTeam or in your Customer account on the website, in the section My Personal Information.


Personal data

  • IncogniTeam collects or processes your personal data in order to deliver products to you. To deliver orders, IncogniTeam submits your address, email and phone number to courier service companies specified on IncogniTeam website.
  • The IncogniTime service allows you to connect to the Internet anonymously. All information IncogniTeam requires to maintain the IncogniTime service is encrypted and supported by technology with high security standards.
  • IncogniTeam does not collect any data regarding the use of the IncogniTime service, except for billing information. IncogniTeam does not forward any information regarding the use or users of IncogniTime services to any third parties.


Payment methods

  • IncogniTeam provides different payment methods by credit card (provided by credit card service providers), payments systems (PayPal, Skrill, etc.) or an invoice.
  • In order to continue with the payment process, you are required to add private information to comply with the security regulations for the payment transactions.
  • Using a credit card you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that credit card, and that any and all charges may be billed to that credit card and won’t be rejected. If, for some reason, IncogniTeam is unable to process your credit card order, IncogniTeam will contact you by e-mail and may suspend the IncogniTime service until your payment can be processed.


Solution of disputes between purchaser and IncogniTeam

  • If you are not satisfied with the acts of IncogniTeam, you may contact the
    Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection Board of Estonia.


Choice of law

  • The Republic of Estonia’s laws shall apply to any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions. Any dispute related to the Terms and Conditions will be decided by Harju County Court, Republic of Estonia.
